These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and 3rcom ("3rcom", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the 3rcom website at https://3rcom.app, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Each natural person may hold only one (1) registered account on 3rcom. The opening of duplicate accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your 3rcom username or password with any third party. 3rcom accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are published within the platform's cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits are processed exclusively for the purpose of funding betting and gaming activity on 3rcom. 3rcom does not accept deposits made in currencies other than PKR without prior written arrangement. Deposits made by third parties on behalf of an account holder are prohibited.

Withdrawal requests on 3rcom are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where operationally possible. 3rcom may require identity verification (KYC documentation) before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in temporary withholding of withdrawal requests.

3rcom provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 3rcom's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
3rcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false information, technical abuse, or at 3rcom's discretion where continued access is considered contrary to the interests of other users or the platform's integrity. Undisputed real-money balances on legitimately operated accounts will be returned to the account holder on closure, subject to applicable verification requirements.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which 3rcom operates. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that they access the platform subject to their own local laws and accept sole responsibility for compliance. In the event of a dispute, 3rcom's decision on the interpretation of these Terms shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure published within the platform.
3rcom reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent in-platform notice.
